Contact form enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your company name is optional. We use this information to respond to your enquiry.
Our website hosting provider processes form submissions. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the name, email address, optional company name and message to deliver your enquiry to Mad Props. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly to you.
The contact form uses validation, an automated spam check and temporary request limits to help prevent abuse. The request limits use a temporary hash of the connection’s IP address. The form does not save enquiries in a website database.

Where applicable under GDPR, Mad Props processes personal data based on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, consent or legal obligations, depending on the context.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
